Goals and Objectives of Sponsorship:

Our sponsorship opportunities are meant to provide a link among our members to local businesses and professional resources. Our sponsors facilitate learning, develop business relationships, support and collaborate individual business goals with our member’s organizational environment.

On average our regular meetings attract 40+ attendees and our holiday meeting attracts 70+ attendees.  Attendees are made up of HR Directors, HR Managers, HR Generalists, Recruitment Managers, Recruiters and Staffing professionals.

Sponsorship Packages:

Home Page Banner Ad Sponsor $1,500.00- (Only five packages left in 2011)
Includes one full year of banner ad space on our home page that links directly to your company website. In addition, this package also includes one meeting sponsorship as our Diamond Meeting Sponsor. Your logo will be displayed up to two months prior to the meeting on the registration page as our Diamond Meeting Sponsor. During the meeting you will receive 3-4 minutes to present to our SMA members, provide members with marketing materials, receive contacts from our meeting prize drawing and able to invite two guest to the meeting at no cost.

Home Page 2011 Video Sponsor $1,200.00- (Only one sponsorship in 2011)
This package includes the opportunity to sponsor our association marketing video that will be embedded on our home page, embedded on our partner websites, dissiminated on social media outlets and used for all other marketing of our association where appropriate. As our video sponsor, the video will start with recognition of your company sponsorship by showcasing your logo as our video sponsor. At the end of the video, your company will have a 30-second voice over commercial to end the video with. This is a fantastic opportunity to market your products and services to hundereds of HR professionals all year long.

Gold Meeting Sponsor $300.00- (Only four packages left in 2011)
Includes one meeting sponsorship as our Gold Meeting Sponsor. Your logo will be displayed up to two months prior to the meeting on the registration page as our Gold Meeting Sponsor.  During the meeting you will receive 2-3 minutes to present to our SMA members, provide members with marketing materials and able to invite two guest to the meeting at no cost.

December Holiday Meeting Sponsor $500.00- (Only two packages in 2011)
This is typically our largest meeting of the year with 70+ attendees. Package will include one ad emailed to our members prior to the meeting introducing your products and services. Your logo will be displayed up to two months prior to the meeting on the registration page as our Holiday Meeting Sponsor.  During the meeting you will receive 2-3 minutes to present to our SMA members, provide members with marketing materials, receive contacts from our meeting prize drawing and able to invite three guest to the meeting at no cost.

Evening Networking Sponsor $400.00- (Only two packages in 2011)
This evening networking event is schedule for Thursday, July 14th from 4:30pm – 7:30pm.  This package will include one ad emailed to our members prior to the event introducing your products and services.  Your logo will be displayed up to two months prior to the meeting on the registration page as our Happy Hour Networking Sponsor.  During the meeting you will receive 5 minutes to present to our SMA members, provide members with marketing materials, receive contacts from our meeting prize drawing and able to invite three guests to the event at no cost.
